We do not take same-day reservations or bookings for Fridays and Saturdays over the phone but we do keep some walk-in tables available throughout.

If you are unable to book online, please email us at info@superstarbbq.co.uk and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please be aware that we do not answer emails over the weekend.

LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS (8 OR MORE)

If you are a large group of more than 8 people you will need to email info@superstarbbq.co.uk.

For evening tables you will be given at an hour and a half to complete your meal though outside of weekends and bank holidays this may be extended.

Please note that arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be refused.

We will need time to process and authenticate your booking so please book at least a week in advance to allow us to do so.

Please let us know when booking should you have any requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you are a corporate booking, please let us also know in the email.

GENERAL

Please be aware that our tables are normally allocated for an hour and thirty minutes unless stated otherwise.

• In the interests of fulfilling our commitments to all our diners and offering the best possible service, we can only hold a reservation up to 15 minutes. Should complete parties arrive later than this time the tables will be released and the group treated as a walk in.

• If parties are incomplete on arrival we may ask diners to wait for the group to be complete before being seated at their table/s.

• Last order is 1 hour before we close.

LARGE GROUP DINNER

Groups of 8 or more guests are required to dine on one of our set menus.

• Our largest table accommodates up to 7 guests. Two or more adjacent tables will be arranged for large group bookings.

• All guests must order food options from our set menu, unfortunately we do not cater for drinks only.

• Card authentication will be required to secure large group bookings. The total amount that your card will be authenticated for will be equivalent to £20 per person. No money will be deducted unless you:

  • Do not show up for your booking

  • Cancel less than 24 hours prior to your booking or

  • The terms of our Booking Policy have been broken.

KARAOKE

Accommodates up to 14

• Minimum one hour session.

• Outside food are not permitted.

• Card authentication will be required to secure large group bookings. The total amount that your card will be authenticated for will be equivalent to 50% of the karaoke room fee. No money will be deducted unless you:

• Do not show up for your booking

• Cancel less than 48 hours prior to your booking or

• The terms of our Booking Policy have been broken.
